You can change from one program to another program you are running by using Alt + Tab key combination on your keyboard (hold down the alt key first and then press Tab). With a combination of keys you will move from one program to another program that is active in your Taskbar. These functions will greatly help you do a job that requires removal of a program to program, for example, from Microsoft Excel into Microsoft Word.
Suppose you use a program A, B, and C. So by using Alt + Tab once (and then release the Alt and Tab) then you will move from program A to program B. Then when pressing Alt + Tab again then you will move from program B to A.
By contrast, if the Alt key is not removed, then you can choose between programs A, B and C. The first trick by holding down the Alt key, then without taking it off and then press Tab repeatedly, then you will move the overall program is active in the taskbar of your PC.
